High blood pressure is also called a silent killer. A lot of people don’t even know they have it. Here are some advices that can help you lower your blood pressure:
Walk every morning for at least 15 minutes. It doesn’t require much physical exercise to regulate blood pressure. In case you can’t afford to walk every morning, at least try do it a couple of times a week, but walk longer, at least 30 minutes. To feel a difference, you must exercise regularly.
Baked soya beans
Studies show that people with high blood pressure can lower the blood pressure by eating 30g of baked soya beans for two weeks.
Just like bananas, apricots are rich in potassium. They also offer a fair amount of fibers, iron and beta-carotene. The process of drying the fruit actually only increases the concentration of these nutrients. They all have a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system.
Drink tea instead of coffee
Drinking tea also influences the blood pressure, lowering it. Tea doesn’t contain caffeine, except black tea (and some similar ones), which you should avoid.

One American study suggests that orange juice lowers the systolic blood pressure for amazing 7%, and the diastolic for 4,6%, thanks to the high amounts of potassium found in this juice.
