The road to a slim figure doesn’t have to be hard, it’s enough to adapt your habits a little bit.
Recent studies show that most people would be slimmer if they SIMPLY stood more. It was also discovered that some of the people spend around 12 hours sitting, so American scientists have decided to make an experiment.
People whose work demanded sitting in a chair for 8 hours, were asked to stand for 3 hours while doing their job. This slight change gave great results – people felt more energetic and also lost a few pounds.
If you too spend your work day sitting, at least use your breaks to take a walk, and try doing your job while standing for an hour.
If you choose to stand instead of sitting in those 3 hours per day, you will burn 50 calories per day, or that is 30 thousand calories per year!!!
