#1 Workout with a friend
We all know how difficult have a frend that is counting on you to be there,you won’t to let them down and cancel. Also working out with a friend is fun and you’ll motivate each other to keep going.If you have a friend that is fitter than you are,you’ll also challenge yourself to keep up with them.
#2 Set goals for yourself
Before you start,have a clear goal in mind of what you want to accomplish.Do you want to build muscle,lose weight or a combination of both? Whateve you goal is,write it down and make sure it’s sprecific,attainable and measurable. Also,don’t set goal that are unrealistic because you’ll get dissapointed if you don’t achieve them
#3 Start off slow
If you’re new to working out,start out slow and than gradually icrease the intensity. Pushing too hard,too soon,could result in you injuring yourself and being to exercise.
#4 Schedule you workouts
Just like you schedule business meeting and time with your family,it’s important to schedule you workouts.You wouldn’t cancel an important buisnes meeting, so make your workouts equally important. Schedule them in the calendar and then stick to the schedule.
#5 Get the proper equipment
Whatever workout you choose to do,you’re going to need some sort of equipment.It could be a new pair of running shoes,some new workout clothes or a set of new weights.However,make sure you don’t waste your money on things you don’t need such as fitness gadgets and accessories
Only buy things that will never enhance your workout.
Stretching is an important part of working out that many pepople neglect.It is always good to stretch before and after each workout to prevent injury.

Don’t think of this as a cost,think of it as an investment in your helth and fitness,if you are serious about getting in shape,hiring a personal trainer is a great way to do it.
Not only do you get their expertise,but you’ll also have someone there to push and motivate you and keep you accountable.
#8 Take your measurements
Take measurements before you start your exercise program and then continue to take them every month.This way you can properly track if you’re losing inches or gaining inches in the places you want.Write everything down or even take a pictures,so you always have a reference for your progress.
#9 Have fun
If you’re not having fun with your exercise routine,you’re not going to want keep doing it,so choose activites that you enjoy.If you hate running but love to play basketball, that do that as your cardio workout. You’ll burn a ton of calories and have fun doing it.
There are so many ways to get a good workout in workout it\ feeling like a workout,you just have to be imaginative.
