All you need for this elixir is 150 ml apple cider vinegar and one middle sized egg.
– Clean the egg with water and put it in a glass with the vinegar and leave it to stay for 7 days. It’s best to use homemade apple vinegar.
For that time the crust wil dissolve in the vinegar leaving just the membrane which preserves the albumen and the yolk which should be removed. After doing this put the egg back in the vinegar and mix well.
For best effects take 10 ml of this mixture 3 times every day.
Caution: Take the mixture with cup of warm water.
