But bear in mind that this diet is not supposed to be normal everyday diet, practice it for two to three days in a row, or every other day, over a short period of time.
The water diet meal by meal:
Breakfast: A big glass of water, tea or freshly squeezed fruit juice. Fruits and fruit juices can be consumed without restriction of the quantity.
Brunch: A big glass of water, tea or freshly squeezed fruit juice. A few fruits, best if you combine different kinds.
Lunch: A big glass of water before lunch and tea after. Lunch should be either fresh vegetables (no limits on the amount), to which you can add vinegar, a little oil, lemon or spices. You can eat olives with your salad also. Vegetables allowed: artichoke, celery, lettuce, carrots, peppers, cucumber, garlic, corn and tomatoes.
Snack: Big glass of water, tea or freshly squeezed juice. A glass of milk or yoghurt, or 30grams of cheese, or 1 piece of any fruit.
Dinner: Drink a glass of water before and a cup of tea after the meal. The meal should contain around 100grams of meat (beef or chicken) or 150grams of fish, or one egg and vegetable of choice.
