- 2 Large Bananas
- 2 cups of fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup of low-fat milk
- 1 cup of yogurt.
This is actually one of the easier recipes. All we have to do is toss everything into the blender and mix it up until it is nice and smooth. Of course, there are other things that we can add to the recipe such as blueberries, or even possibly an orange. It all depends on what types of things we prefer.
