Fast diet: 7 days – 7kg

If you belong to that group, which excessively enjoyed the festive table, now you feel the effects. Your jeans are tight, you can’t clasp up your skirt, no doubt – it’s time to diet! There are many diets that promise quick weight loss, but this fast diet with vegetable soup offers even more. With this diet will not only lose weight by 5-8 kg, but will also improve your health. This diet is based on a soup of vegetables by which you enter daily fat and carbohydrates.

If you decide to do this diet, be prepared to give up alcohol, which is strictly forbidden, soft drinks, bread, mayonnaise, ketchup, sugar. The soup of vegetables is the main meal in these 7 days, but in combination with other products:

Recipe for vegetable broth

Required groceries:

• one or two cans tomato

• 1 leek

• 1/2 kg of green beans

• Chicken stock cube

• 1 celery

• 1kg carrots

• 2 green peppers

• To taste chopped onion

Preparation:

Chop the vegetables into small pieces and cover generously with water and boil it to strong temperature for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat, add the rest of the groceries and cook until vegetables don’t get softer. Optionally, you can add lamb, which need to be removed when the broth is ready.

Day 1

• Breakfast: tea or coffee, apple and pear

• Snack: Fruit juice without sugar

• Lunch: vegetable soup, apples

• Snack: Fruit juice without sugar

• Dinner: vegetable soup, pears

Day 2

• Breakfast: coffee

• Snack: tea

• Lunch: vegetable soup and green salad

• Snack: Tea or coffee

• Dinner: vegetable soup, 200kg of boiled potatoes with 10g butter

Day 3

Breakfast: coffee or tea, pears and pineapples

Snack: Fruit juice without sugar

Lunch: vegetable soup and carrot

Snack: Fruit juice without sugar

Dinner: vegetable soup, roasted peppers, zucchini and tomato

Day 4

• Breakfast: cappuccino with 2 dl low-fat milk, banana

• Snack: Tea or coffee

• Lunch: vegetable soup, and frappe 2 dl milk and a banana

• Snack: tea

• Dinner: fat-free yogurt 2el

Day 5

• Breakfast: coffee

• Snack: tea

• Lunch: 300 g of fish cooked by steaming, tomato

• Snack: tea

• Dinner: vegetable soup, 200 g roasted fish

Day 6

• Breakfast: coffee

• Snack: tea

• Lunch: 1-2 beef cutlets, lettuce

• Snack: tea

• Dinner: vegetable soup, 300-400 g roast chicken (without skin)

Day 7

• Breakfast: coffee

• Snack: Fruit juice without sugar

• Lunch: 150 g rice with vegetables optionally, onions and carrots steamed

• Snack: Fruit juice without sugar

• Dinner: vegetable soup, bananas, zucchini and cucumbers
