Skin Care – 4 Recipes For More Beautiful You!

We all want to have healthy and glowing skin. To achieve this we need to regularly nourish the skin. In addition to day care described in the previous article, it is important to further treat the skin on a weekly or monthly basis.

Weekly Skin Care

We recommend you go once a month beauticians to clean your face, but not a week before the wedding or some special occasion. Cosmetic treatment will draw impurities from your skin, and you really do not want to fight with pustules and redness a few days before the big event! You will feel enough stress before the wedding and without skin problems.

Rose Mask (for normal to oily skin)

ingredients:
2 tablespoons yogurt
6 petals fresh red roses
2 teaspoons of talc (or baby powder)

Mix all ingredients. The resulting mixture apply on your face (avoid eye area) and leave for 10 minutes. Then rinse your face.

Mask for sensitive skin

ingredients:
2 to 3 tablespoons of yogurt
1/4 cup oatmeal
2 teaspoons of honey and beeswax

Mix all ingredients. Apply a thin layer of the mixture on the face. To achieve optimal results, leave the mask for at least 20 minutes. Then rinse the face with warm water.

Piling Oatmeal

ingredients:
1 tablespoon of oatmeal
1 tablespoon milk powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Mix all ingredients and apply on your face. Wait until it dries. Then remove the peel with your fingers and rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Peeling with apple juice and oats

ingredients:
1 teaspoon oatmeal
1 teaspoon ground almonds
1/2 teaspoon of apple juice
1 drop of geranium oil

Mix all ingredients and gently rub the mixture on your face. Allow to stand briefly and then rinse and clean it with face tonic.
