Rice is rich in linoleic acid and squalene, a strong antioxidant that stimulates the production of collagen and slows the appearance of wrinkles.

To prepare this mask you need three ingredients:

3 tablespoons rice,

1 tablespoon milk and

1 tablespoon of honey.

Wash the rice. The water in which you washed the rice put aside. Mix the rice and milk and add honey. On clean skin, apply a mask. Rinse with the water in which you cooked the rice.

The mask will make your skin hydrated and healthy, and will remove wrinkles, and antioxidants which are harvested in the water in which the rice is cooked, have beneficial effect on the skin.
