Original recipes from ginger by Russian alternative medicine

Prepare a beverage of ginger.

– 1 small root (10-20 grams) ginger or 1 teaspoon ginger powder pour 200 ml of hot boiled water and leave for 10 minutes.
– Add a teaspoon of honey and lemon juice (to taste).
– Take: half in the morning on an empty stomach, half an hour before a meal, the other half of the day in small sips between meals.
– This potion speeds up the metabolism, neutralize toxins accumulated in the body and helps better digestion of food.

Drink you can consume daily.

For long-term and systematic cleansing of the liver (especially in the treatment of alcoholism and the result after chemotherapy), a tincture of ginger.

Tincture of ginger. Recipe.

Wash thoroughly the middle ginger root (30 g) and shredded it together with the skin.
After that, grated ginger root into the pot of dark glass or porcelain.
Pour 200 ml of brandy, close and put in a dark warm place foe 10-14 days.
It is diluted with cold distilled or boiled water in the ratio 1: 1


Tincture taken on an empty stomach 10-15 minutes before eating according to the following scheme:

Should start with 10 drops, increasing every day by two strokes after 15 days,
When you get to 40 drops a day – should continue to drink tincture another 15 days the same dose (40 drops) daily, then gradually reduced intake (2 drops per day) in the opposite direction, bringing it up to 10 drops a day.

Tincture of ginger “Immunity”
This tincture of ginger has a remarkable effect in improving the immunity of the whole organism and works great during the season flu, colds and respiratory infections.


– 400 grams of fresh ginger root cleaned shrimp, shredded and pour 1 liter of alcohol or quality brandy.
– Allow to stand for 3-4 weeks in a warm place, occasionally shaken. When tincture turns yellow, strain it.
Consume after 1 teaspoon after breakfast and lunch. Do not use it in the evening.
You can prepare ginger with honey, lemon and garlic. Equally effective and extremely healthy.

I’m not going to write much to enumerate again all the qualities of ginger and other ingredients of this recipe (there are plenty of similar recipes by social networks), but this is a tried one and has “back” many people in life and is highly recommended.

You will need:
– 500 g of honey (many use meadow) and a jar of 700-800 ml (not less)
– 2 medium or 1 higher ginger root
– Juice of 1 lemon or whole lemon sliced
– 3-4 cloves (or 1 small head) of garlic



– Grate the ginger, squeeze lemon juice or cut into slices, finely chopped the garlic
– Put everything in a jar with honey, but not a lot (pour slightly more than a half), because lemon and ginger will let the juice.
– Allow to stand for one day (see how has increased the content of the jar, because of the lemon juice and ginger)
– Only then refill the jar of honey.

If you are sick, take the 3 tablespoons a day. For prevention and strengthening the immune system, it is sufficient to 1-2 tablespoons a day.
