Eat Fast Food
Eating fast food at 2 A.M. may seem like a good idea, but your stomach will be singing a different tune after you have eaten that Whopper and greasy fries. Treat yourself by all means, but don’t eat too much and don’t consume unhealthy meals that you normally wouldn’t, but do the opposite turn to the healthy foods like fruit and vegetable.
This is impossible for the majority of us, but women should be allowed some time off during their period. Obviously, this may result in an empty office most of the time, but at least one day would not hurt. Unfortunately, we don’t live in a perfect world.
Stay Up All Night
