BETTER THAN THAT SLEEPING PILL – BANANA CINNAMON TEA RECIPE FOR DEEP SLEEP !

1 organic banana (with peel)
1 small pot of water
A sprinkle of cinnamon (if you’d like)

Step 1: Cut the ends of the organic banana and throw them away as shown below:

Step 2: Put it into the pot with boiling water. Boil the mixture for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the cinnamon on the tea if you want.If you’d like to add some stevia for sweetening, do so. Stevia helps to balance blood sugar levels, and will not spike blood sugar levels before bed.

Step 3: Add more cinnamon if desired and enjoy!

You can eat the boiled banana too – just sprinkle some cinnamon on it, and eat the warm fruit for a nice, healthy treat before going to bed.
