Over the years, fecal fat and toxic waste which are stored in our colon, poison our blood and cause irreparable damage to our body.
Frequent constipation, disturbed metabolism, diabetes, excessive or insufficient weight, kidney disease, hearing and vision, poor condition of skin, hair and nails, as well as many other diseases, could be very important indicator of our dirty intestines.
You can clean only small portion of the colon approximately 40-50 centimeters, by using the enema treatment which is very expensive.
Eating 1-3 tablespoons of flax seed flour might clean the colon and intestines from years of mucus buildup in only three weeks. This method allows very fast normalization of the body weight and helps with burning the fat. It has a positive effect on the regulation of lipid metabolism. Flaxseed flour is able to eliminate and absorb the toxins from the body, reducing the level of cholesterol in the blood.

If you can’t find flax flour, you can buy flax seed and grind it on your own. You should not stockpile for several days.
You should make a new portion every morning.
Consume this mixture as a substitute of breakfast. You have to drink plenty of water, at least 2 liters per day.
