Use Lemon For Knee Pain. At Home!

Unfortunately, we can’t do anything without our knees. The knees are one of the most important joints in the human body, because they promote proper body posture and they support movements or our legs while we walk, run, jump or stand. But, unfortunately, as the times goes by, we suffer from different injuries and wounds which can affect our knees.

 Use Lemon For Knee Pain. At Home!

This is how lemon is used for removing this pain in your own home.

The exact location of the knee pain can vary. Pain can originate in any of the bony structures compromising the knee joint (femur, tibia, and fibula), the kneecap (patella) or the ligaments and cartilage (meniscus).

Knee pain can be localized or diffuse throughout the knee. Also, the severity of pain can vary from a minor ache to severe and disabling pain.

Recipe:

– Sesame oil
– 1-2 lemons

Instructions:

– Cut the lemons into small pieces.
– Tie the pieces in a cotton cloth and dip it in warm sesame oil.
– Place the cloth on the affected knee for 5 to 10 minutes.
– Do this twice daily until the pain is gone completely.

Note: Drinking the juice of one lemon diluted in a glass of warm water early in the morning on an empty stomach is also beneficial.
