As we are getting old, our hair may turns gray. There are many other factors that can contribute to the appearance of gray hair such as lack of sleep, depression and stress, long working hours and so on. As the year’s passes, the gray hairs may spread rapidly.
In order to cover their grays, people often use commercial products and hair dyes which often don’t work, and they also contain harmful chemicals which can cause a lot of health problems. Luckily, the problem can be relieved with a simple natural remedy in just a few weeks!
Here’s what you need to prepare it:
– 5-6 potatoes
– A pot
– A strainer
– A bowl
– A shampoo bottle
– A towel
Start off by removing the peels of the potatoes. Put the potatoes aside and put the shells in a large saucepan and add ½ a gallon of water. Once done, boil the water and let the shells boil for half an hour.
Pour the potato shells through a strainer in a large bowl, and set the water aside to cool down, before pouring it in a bottle of shampoo.
Once done, wash and condition your hair with the moisturizing products, but be careful to nurture your hair as grey hair is drier and more fragile. Let it sit on your hair for 1-2 minutes before rinsing it off.
Pour the peel rinse over your hair, get out of the shower and put a dry towel over your hair. Then proceed with styling as usual.
Repeat this procedure 2-3 times a week for a few months and you will notice the incredible results!
